Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

All orders are shipped from Dongguan, China. We do not currently have an overseas warehouse.

Shipping options and charges

Available shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Rates depend on the destination, the products in your basket and their shipping weight. Orders containing products from different shipping groups may have combined shipping charges. The amount displayed at checkout is the charge for your order.

For eligible dresses, skirts and tops using our UK/Australia clothing rates, the starting standard shipping charge is US$11.99 to the United Kingdom and US$13.99 to Australia. Larger orders cost more. These starting rates do not apply to every product or every mixed basket. Checkout may display a converted local-currency amount.

France and other destinations use the services and prices shown at checkout. Free shipping applies only when a free option is actually offered for your basket at checkout. We do not offer a storewide free-shipping threshold or guaranteed three-day delivery.

US checkout examples for our featured blouse & dress

Checked for New York 10001 on 17 Oct 2026, in US dollars, before discounts:

  • One XQ008 GREEN blouse: US$36.90 + US$22.99 Standard Shipping = US$59.89 at checkout.
  • One J815 WHITE NIA dress: US$39.50 + US$22.99 Standard Shipping = US$62.49 at checkout.
  • Two J815 WHITE NIA dresses: US$79.00 + US$34.99 Combined Standard Shipping = US$113.99 at checkout.

Combined Standard Shipping requires a qualifying basket of at least US$79 after discounts and a shipping weight no more than 1.62 kg. It does not apply to every mixed basket. Compare your final total before using a coupon: NEW10OFF takes two dresses below this threshold; in this example, the total becomes US$117.09 with Standard Shipping, US$3.10 more than without the code.

These are examples, not a quote for every address. Your address, basket and selected service determine the final checkout amount. Import duties and carrier charges are covered separately below.

Processing and delivery

We prepare in-stock orders for dispatch and send a shipping notification with tracking when the parcel is shipped. If there is a delay or an issue with your order, we will contact you using the details supplied at checkout.

For our UK and Australia standard clothing services, allow approximately 9–18 business days in transit after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date, and does not include order preparation. Other services and destinations may take a different amount of time. Weekends, public holidays, customs checks and carrier disruptions can cause delays. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.

Customs, import taxes and carrier charges

Shipping charges do not automatically include import VAT, duties or carrier customs-clearance fees. Any taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Additional amounts legally payable on import may be requested by the carrier or customs authority. We do not promise duty-paid delivery unless this is explicitly stated for the selected service.

Large orders and separate parcels

We may ship an order in separate parcels to meet carrier weight and size limits. If no shipping option is available for your address or basket, or for large clothing orders over 8kg, email us before ordering so we can confirm a suitable delivery option and quote.

Address and delivery issues

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address before dispatch. We may be unable to change it after shipment. If tracking shows a problem or your parcel has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
